Our Lavender shower steamers combine 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils formulated to help promote calmness and wellness, reduce stress, anxiety, and possibly even mild pain.
Lavender Essential Oil has sedative properties, that make it a useful oil for calming both emotions and physical concerns. It's also used to relieve headaches, anxiety, and insomnia.
Tea Tree Essential Oil is known for its ability to naturally support and boost immune system health, as well as its calming fragrance that can diminish stress and facilitate illness prevention. It can also act as a sleep aid by reducing aches and pains that can cause insomnia.
 
To use: place on the shower floor away from direct stream of water, sprinkle with some water to activate. As it starts fizzing it will release the essential oils, breathe in deeply an slowly to get the benefits. Each steamer can last up to 2 showers.

CAUTION: do not use as bath bombs. Shower steamer contain a much higher essential oil amount, not suitable for a bath.
