To use: place on the shower floor away from direct stream of water, sprinkle with some water to activate. As it starts fizzing it will release the essential oils, breathe in deeply an slowly to get the benefits.

CAUTION: do not use as bath bombs. Shower steamer contain a much higher essential oil amount, not suitable for a bath.
